    Hello there, Well, being an educational consultant, I can give you my opinion based on the feedback received from students who are known to me and are currently studying Mechanical Engineering at LPU. Besides, few colleagues of mine who have previously worked in the same Deptt. So, the following are the highlights of Mechanical engineering in LPU: -
    1. Most of the faculty staff are from reputed organizations with their the highest degree from various reputed institutes such as IITs, NITs, etc. Apart from that, faculty have got previous industrial experience also.

    Yes, Mechanical Engineering is very good when LPU is considered. Mechanical Engineering here is surrounded by all kinds of all the experimental learning which is a must for this programme. Also, the curriculum of LPU in the case of Mechanical Engineering is very impressive. A proper note is taken so that students have a very strong basic knowledge of their course. Also, when you talk about LPU, innovative learning is theirs one of the most important priorities. Similar is the with B.Tech in Mech. Engineering as well. Almost every year, the Mech.     Although there are numerous Universities across the country that offers the Mechanical Engineering domain but I could certainly guide that LPU offers B.Tech in various programs such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. Some of the important points to be considered for this are:

    Mechanical engineering is the discipline that applies engineering physics, engineering mathematics, and materials Science principles to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. It is the branch of engineering that involves the design, production, and operation of machinery. There is no doubt that, LPU is Ranked among the "Top Six Promising Universities of The Country" by India Today. It is Ranked Among the Top Universities of India in Over 20 Prestigious Researches & Rankings. LPU is the first private university to host honorable prime minister Narendra Modi during the Indian Science congress. LPUPET or PET that refers to the Physical Efficiency Test of LPU is exercised offline. Fitness is evaluated through running, jumping, and sports drills that are not done online or on the campus premises.

LPU's Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET/PET) is in fact not an hour-long session with a fixed time allotment; rather, it is a combination of physical tasks conducted in succession sprinting for 50m, broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3 kg for men and 2 kg for women), and finally 1000m of run/walk. The time taken in doing the complete tasks varies with the fitness of the candidate, commonly taking from 20 to 45 minutes for a session. The candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts.
