Is it good to take mechanical engineering in lpu?

Mechanical engineering in LPU: - 1. Most of the faculty staff are from reputed organizations with their the highest degree from various reputed institutes such as IITs, NITs, etc. Apart from that, faculty have got previous industrial experience also. 2. The capstone project is an integral part of the B.Tech programme in LPU in which students have to pick a live project based on the practical problem-based scenario (ideally from industry) and work for six months under a mentor and present a report at the end. This is beneficial to enhance your presentation skills. 3. There is an internship programme that could be an opportunity for getting work experience and increase your chance to get employment after you pass out. But, of course, your academic record should be good to get this placement option.

As an LPU alumnus, I would suggest LPU's B.Tech Mechanical programme; I am giving my thoughts on this course; LPU is fantastic; placements are good. As a general rule, a lot depends on your own hard work, communication and presentation abilities, and overall preparation for placements. This is true regardless of whatever university you attend. Mechanical Engineering students are immersed in cutting-edge labs and technology, including robotics and automation, as part of an experiential learning process. International tech-fests and contests enhance our students' overall development while also providing them with international exposure. The International Go Kart Championship is a student-organized automotive event that is the first of its type in the world, with participants from all over the world. Experts from renowned brands such as Maruti Suzuki and Biomimicry India were present at an International Conference on Recent Advances in Mechanical Engineering (ICRAME) conducted by the School of Mechanical Engineering. Before you go into campus placements, you get a lot of training at university. Try not to miss those classes; they will assist you in obtaining better placements; after all, all we require is a suitable location with adequate exposure. This one should be self-explanatory. At LPU, mechanical engineering students have a plethora of chances for placement drives. The LPU offers a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem-solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place for Design, Manufacturing, Thermal, etc. Specialisation. The Eligibility Criteria is (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics, and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.(5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants) The course aims at enabling the student to effectively build and communicate the solutions using learnings from basic mechanical engineering, basic sciences, mathematics, and computational skills and tools. Being LPU alumni I would recommend B.Tech Mechanical from LPU, I am sharing my friend's review regarding this course, His experience at LPU was amazing, Currently, he is working with XL Dynamics with a decent package. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills, and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. Mechanical Engineering student goes through an experiential learning process surrounded by high-end the latest labs and equipment including robotics and automation. International tech-fests and competitions encourage all-around development in our students in addition to giving them international exposure. University organized International Go kart Championship which is a student-initiated automotive event the first international event of its kind receiving participation from all over ASIA. School of Mechanical Engineering organized an International Conference on Recent Advances in Mechanical Engineering (ICRAME), in which experts from leading brands like Maruti Suzuki, Biomimicry India were present. University gives you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. I shouldn't even have to explain this one. Mechanical Engineering students at LPU are provided with enormous opportunities for placement drives. I can SEE my few friends getting placed in reputed companies like Hyundai, Reliance Energy, Godrej, Sandhar Technology, XL Dynamics, and many more.
