It depends on the specific university or college you are interested in pursuing B.Sc. Psychology from. Yes, B.Sc. Psychology Admissions 2022 are mostly merit-based, done on the scores obtained by the candidates in their 10+2 from a recognised board. However, some of the top B.Sc. Psychology colleges in India consider scores of various entrance exams like BHU UET GMAT SAAT etc. Conducted at the State or University level to admit students.

It is compulsory to have a good score in 12th but not compulsory to have psychology. Biology always helps if you wish to go for clinical aspects else, there is no restriction.
