The minimum eligibility for MCA at Thapar University (TIET) is:
Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years) in any discipline
Mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or at graduation level
Minimum 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST candidates, if applicable)
Admission is usually based on merit/entrance criteria as specified by the university for the given year.
The selection process for MBA at Thapar University includes appearing for the entrance exams accepted by the university. Hereafter, clearing the entrance, appear for the Personal Interview and Group Discussion. Further on, the university conducts a counselling session in which seats are allotted to students in their programmes. The selection criteria for the same is entrance based and the minimum eligibility is passing UG with atleast 60% aggregate.
