    Hi Dear, you need the following requirements to get admission in Thapar University. High school Diploma (10+2) with minimum 60% marks in total (40% weightage)
    The school may consider applications from students with extraordinary achievements in areas such as sports, music, dance, painting, social work, etc. With just a pass mark in their 10+2 examination. *
    A written essay demonstrating English language and critical & creative writing skills (20% weightage). Portfolio of other achievements (10% weightage). Group discussion (10% weightage). A personal interview including a psychometric test (20% weightage).

    Hi,
    To get admission in the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, it is compulsory to have appeared in JEE exams. There are two criteria for getting admission in TIET. One is on the basis of your JEE score and the other one is on the basis of your 12th class percentage. 70% of the total seats for BE/B.Tech course will be filled on the basis of JEE Main score you must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in the aggregate of three subjects, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, and Technical Vocational subject.     Hello Kunal, Thapar Institute is conducting a live webinar for the upcoming batch of BE and B.Tech admissions. In the webinar, the speaker will be telling about courses offered and how they will benefit the students.
