    Dear Zubair,
    My cousin did Mechanical Engineering at LPU and he shared the details of placements at LPU with me. Let me share with you as well.
    The highest package offered for this programme in the previous year was 31 LPA by Code Nation and the average package was 4.8 LPA.
    Companies that visit LPU for placements is Volkswagon, Voltas, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India, Wilmar, Anglo-Eastern Ship Mgt. , Asahi India, Rockman (Hero group), Dharam Consulting, Samundra, Indo-MIM, Sandhar Technologies, Maruti, Lava, XL Dynamics, Asahi India, Cleanmax Solar, Elgi Equipments, etc. LPU has set a record for the highest placements in India.     Mechanical engineering is the study, design, development, construction, and testing of mechanical and thermal sensors and devices, including tools, engines, and machines. Mechanical engineers work mostly in engineering services, research and development, and manufacturing.     I had the same question when I was looking out for college for my BTech I was confused between Delhi Technological University, Delhi, and Lovely Professional University Phagwara. but after discussions, thinking, and recommendations from my relatives ( Allummni of LPU) I joined LPU.
    it was actually a great decision. As per my experience, LPU is the best place for engineering. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase.     LPU is the better choice to pursue your engineering. LPU does provide B.Tech in Mechanical. LPU is a better option, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well-experienced faculty, and provides hands-on experience on the latest technologies.
