Which is a better college among LPU and Chandigarh University?

Hi Virendra, Being an Education Consultant, I can tell in a better way that CU is not bad but LPU is too good when in comparison of duo. #LPU is a first private university in India to have an Accreditation of ICAR. #One of the prestigious School of business studies. #12 Center of Excellence to provide Industry based teachings at LPU Campus. #Unbeatable Placement records. LPU has been awarded by many outer agencies for Placements. #The International exposure and Credit Transfer programme. LPU has many valuable Global Tie-ups with foreign universities. #Unity in Diversity, LPU has more than 30000 students from about 70 countries, what an experience it would be to study among National and International students. #The only university in INDIA to be visited by the #PRESIDENT OF INDIA #PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA #VICE PRESIDENT OF INDIA #FINANCE MINISTER OF INDIA #MAURITIUS PRESIDENT #THE DALAI LAMA, etc. And so on, these aspects really combine to create a strong profile of the students to get placed. Hope this could be enough to get you know that CU will definitely take long time to chase LPU. Lovely Professional university is the Best in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. Moreover the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th among the other universities for its placement records.

Virendra, LPU has made a mark for itself in the field of education by sheer hard work and dedication. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various external agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, placements, faculty, pedagogy, etc. University makes sure that all the eligible candidates get good placements with good packages. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are provided to students so as to prepare them for placement papers. University also offers good scholarships to students thereby making quality education affordable to all.

First things first, both are private universities in Punjab. We can compare on following: Curricula : The course curricula of any tech degree must be very unique and dynamic. It must be developed with extensive consultations with industry. Tech trainings : The must students undergo many training like cutting edge technologies of SAP, Workday, waterfall other MOOCs, Advance Excel and many more. These skills come in handy for the students not only at the time of interviews and tests but also throughout their careers. Soft skills: There must be a dedicated effort by college/university in continuous improvement of personality, soft skills, professional ethics, interview skills, public speaking, presentation style development etc. In students. These are must for placements as well as performance in the jobs. Exposure : The students must be exposed to large number of guest lectures and talks by industry experts, large number of events in university to enhance their organizing and networking kills, large number of social work initiatives to develop the right orientation. And many more. Diversity of student and faculty:We must choose a campus which has diversity of teachers and students from all over the world. In the era of cut-throat competition, every institute is floating lot many courses with differential features but the point is how the curriculum for the programme is floated and what is the outcome which means how is the placement of the organisation. Both organisations which you have mentioned are also offering many courses under its roof but I would suggest you to check the following before finalising the institute. 1. Rankings 2. Experience of Faculty 3. Pedagogy used 4. International exposure 5. Tech-savvy last but not the least Placements I can't comment on the key features of CU but one of my neighbourer who joined LPU last year told that LPU is in education since last 18 years has fetched many rankings to its credit. She highlighted the following: #The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. #Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. #Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. #LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. #The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognozant, SAP, Microsoft etc. To provide updated curriculum. #LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. #LPU outperforms in placements as well as the university assists the student to get the highest package by preparing them for the placements. She told that a girl named Tanya got placed in Microsoft at 42LPA and many more students got hefty packages which I doubt students have cracked at the other mentioned institute.
