In my opinion, VIT Vellore is better for mechanical branch because VIT provides good course curriculum and good quality of mechanical faculty members also.

Mechanical is the best in Manipal Institute of Technology among these colleges. I have already answered this question before so you can get it in my recent activities. All the cons and prons have been described there.

Manipal MIT is better in above options as MIT is a prestigious college and have a strong alumnai, MIT also is in top college in INDIA in means of education and infrastructure and it provides a lot of opportunities to the students.
