Animation require higher skill and text longer time to learn then VFX require more diverse skill but if easier to learn straight away.

From my point of view, VFX or Visual Effects are a way of mixing real film shooting with false or animated images. For instance, a movie that shows the hero jumping off the ground and flying into the air, is created using VFX. Almost every single movie these days uses VFX. Not sure about the Multimedia, but yes, will try to help you with the Animation and VFX. Well, both these courses are equivalent and come with equal job opportunities and salary packages. The entertainment and media business is a never-ending saga and to be part of this industry, both these skills can help. Both these skills are different and one can respectively apply for separate courses. Animators need to use equipment and computer software to create animated creations. Whereas, VFX artists are recommended to use chroma keying software techniques. Though both the courses are different, you can choose any one of them to enhance your skills depending on your preference.

From my point of view, VFX is best. VFX is used to create environments or characters that do not exist on set or to create scenes that are too dangerous to shoot with real people, Now. It's one of the most growing business.

Lucrative is a relative term. If you want wealth this is not the job that will give it to you. As an animator you will make enough to live, comfortably in some cases, but I can't say you can have an entire family depending on an animators paycheck. However, you can make a career out of it and live very well. If you noticed, I started by using the word job and then used the word career. Lucrative is a relative term. If you want wealth this is not the job that will give it to you. As an animator you will make enough to live, comfortably in some cases, but I can't say you can have an entire family depending on an animators paycheck. However, you can make a career out of it and live very well. If you noticed, I started by using the word job and then used the word career. That's because a job and a career are two different things, even if they seem like the same to the young. I know because they seemed the same to me years ago. For an artist, in this case an animator, the joy of the work itself is so rewarding that we want to do it forever and if that is what you want to do then you should do it. That's a job. A career is a series of steps you take to advance your skills as well as your paycheck. I've known many animators, graphic artists and designers who are perfectly happy, or comfortable, doing exactly the same for 10, 20 and even 30 years. They reluctantly learn new skills or simply turn down any opportunity to learn anything outside of their comfort zone. These are the people that would say things like that's not on my job description, or I don't know how to do that, turn around and leave. They start with a salary of, let's say, $50K a year in any and ten years later they are making $80K doing the same thing. They have gotten yearly raises that are simply adjustments for inflation. They have gained 10 years of experience but their resume hasn't grown much and their market value is low. They stay in the same company because it's comfortable and because they don't want to lose the extra weeks of vacation they earned after working for the company for so long. They have very little leverage to compete with newer and less expensive people. The people pursuing careers don't stay in one place for too long. They learn as much as they can, and they move up whether it is within the company or going somewhere else. After five years their resumes look very different and because of this increased value they have leverage to negotiate a raise or a promotion with better pay. They can even negotiate more vacation time! These people start making the same $50K as the other group, but after 10 years can be making $120K-$160K. Going back to your question, if you decide to make a career in animation or VFX you may want to ask what do you SEE yourself doing in 5 years, or 10 years. That will determine how lucrative your career may be.

Hello, all are good and have great opportunities in upcoming time. But from my POV VFX is better as in today film industry VFX artists are more needed then before and for them the growth in future is vast as everyone likes movies with good visuals so keeping in mind this VFX is better option.
