We have International Business as a major specialization with students choosing subjects like those mentioned by you as minors.

International Business is a broad umbrella under which you study all the subjects taught as part of a regular MBA program with a special focus on certain subjects pertaining to International Business. However, you are not specifically asked to choose another specialization in your final year.
