Are classes at School of Basic Sciences, VELS for B.Sc physics taught completely in English? Are there CBSE board students in the class?

I recently left the college which I had joined (Bharath University) due to poor educational standards and the lack of English classes. Everything was taught mostly in Tamil in that university. I am a Keralite and don't know Tamil. I am in search of a good college that I can join next year.
