Are faculty members of LPU really good?

Well, being a faculty member in Lovely Professional University, I should not give my judgement on the capability index of faculty members associated with LPU. Rather I am providing some facts & figures in return to your query, 1) Lovely Professional University is possessing around 2000 experienced & well-qualified faculty members in the university. 2) In most of the cases faculty members were not only the alumni of premier Institutes of India like IITs, NITs, IIITs, IIMS etc. But also done their studies from premier institutes of International Universities. 3) Almost all of the faculty members have done their Ph.D. and even most of them also done their post doctorate from International Universities. 4) faculty members do possess an average of 7 Years of Experience in Teaching & Industry. 5) They do guide the students not only in theoretical domain but also in practical aspects with the cutting edge modern laboratories available in LPU. 6) Professors of LPU are very friendly & helpful kind of nature with an intimate, interactive, personalized approach to learning. 7) Lovely Professional University is having tie ups with multiple foreign Universities all over the world. Faculty members from foreign Universities get invited on regular basis under Faculty Exchange programme for seminars, lectures, conferences. LPU faculty members are also get invited by the International Universities for the seminars and conferences of International level. 8) Research papers, Patents, Book publication are one of the main targets of professors. Students get associated with faculty members in this activity 24X7. 9) Teaching Mode is English in LPU, so that students of all over the world remain comfortable during their classroom guidance. 10) the highest Faculty evaluation parameter is set by the University through constant feedback from students & PMS points. I have done MBA from LPU, I can say that LPU has experienced faculty members, well-equipped labs, great infrastructure, excellent placements, complete training and placement assistance and lot more and that too at a very low fees and high scholarships. All the faculty members are highly experienced and they are very supportive and a lot of the faculty members have received some kind of appreciation award from somewhere and they've always helped the students to grow and learn a lot more. Mostly faculty members are from IITs, NIT s and GATE qualified with Ph.D. degree and having 3-4 research paper publish. Most of them are also having postdoctoral degree from renowned foreign University. I can say Professors or faculty of LPU are renowned for their friendly, open door approach. They bring their passion and enthusiasm for teaching into the classroom providing an intimate, interactive, personalized approach to learning The faculty recruited by the university are only either experienced or an alumni of NIT's or IIT's, Iims Teaching mode is English thus students who come from across India will be comfortable. The management is student friendly and helps out every one in need. The university leaves no stone unturned to shape the future of its students. As per my own experience I can proudly say that faculty members at LPU put up their 100% in the development of students. University takes utmost care and no chance in choosing qualified faculty members. Also, University keeps on conducting regular Faculty Development Programs so that they can update the faculty members with the industry and the latest needs. The centerpiece of the system is our faculty who are not only renowned for their individual research work, but are more like life guides and mentors, focused on helping students achieve their full potential. Thus a lot of our teaching is done in a manner that will ensure both retention and the ability to critically analyse and apply the knowledge gleaned. The faculty of LPU, updated with the latest methods of pedagogy (teaching) help turn students into a finished product with high market demand, yet with a social conscience and urge to contribute and give back. Being the alumni of LPU. I would like to share that the faculty members at LPU always burn the midnight oil so that their students outshine in their respective fields as well as careers. LPU composed of the best faculty members from IIM, IITs and the other best B schools. Maximum faculty members are PhD's or pursuing the same. One of the most interesting thing is that very recently LPU has propounded an app through which the students could communicate their grievances, discussions or other material could also be uploaded by the professors on it. I believe this is the best platform where the students could at point of time discuss anything to their faculty members. This would also lead to the better understanding between both the levels. Research papers, Book chapters, Patents are playing protagonist in the life of professors so this could also decline the gap between the professors and students. LPU has also collaborated with foreign faculty members, so the students are also getting the opportunities to interact with them.

Each professor is well qualified and supportive. Most of the faculty are from IITs, Iims, NITs, and top universities of the world. You can ask anything at whatever point you need. Hello Virat, I have spent 4 years for my graduation and as per my experience LPU faculty is really well experienced, supportive, and last but not least they understand the students. During my graduation, I never faced any disappointments from the faculty side. They have great knowledge and their way of teaching is really interesting. The best part is that they always helped beyond their job timings I learned from most of the Ph.D. faculty members and they all have more than 15 years of experience in teaching and research.
