Hello,
There are 3 main Post Graduation courses you can opt after MBBS. PG career after MBBS is indeed what everyone parents ask for. These are as follows:
PG- Specialty
PG- Diploma
DNB
Following are choices of courses that will make career after MBBS:

Most of the online medical courses/programs are not MCI recognised. Most of the institutes offering online medical courses such as Diplomas & fellowships has an international accreditation partner (top universities recognition), where they certify you in the course that you do.
