Are there any paid clinical fellowships available abroad in Rheumatology with minimum duration of one year? As I have done my MBBS in India
Do they provide clinical hands on experience? what are the other specialties in which i can do a fellowship with my MBBS? i prefer USA,Canada, Western Europe, Singapore, australia, New-Zealand. fellowship with duration greater than one year is preferably wish to return to India after fellowship.
