All applicants are required to take the Law National Admissions Test (LNAT) as part of their application. The LNAT consists of two sections: a multiple-choice section with 42 questions based on passages of text and an essay section where candidates write a short essay. The test is not desgined to test Law or any other subject but to assess the aptitude for studying law. Candidates are charged a fee of £75 to take the test in the UK or EU. If you are taking the test in a centre outside the UK or EU there is a fee of £120.
