Yes, as per the university website, Utkal University follows the reservation policy set out by the state government of Odisha and government of India. The institute offers reservation in all its courses. As per the reservation policy of government of India, 15%, 7.5% and 27% of the seats are reserved for candidates belong to the SC, ST and OBC category.
