As an experience person, should I go for 1 year PGDSCM (distance) from Symbiosis, go for SCM certification course from AMA or for any other?

Out of all the 7 years of IT experience I worked with SCM ERP as an analyst for the first 3 years. Now I am trying to switch for the same role but keep getting rejected due to lack of knowledge in SCM. My current experience is not in SCM domain. What should I do to switch & build my career in SCM?

If you have good experience, going for distance learning pgdbm is good, it may help you during changes. I would suggest you to go through any IIM, they have executive MBA, bit costly but it adds real value to CV.
