Is it better to join top 4 NIT or last IIT new ones ). I don't want IIT tag. Which is better for placements and infrastructure? I got OBC rank of 5648. My home state is Kerala. Do I have small chance of getting NIT C with home state quota? Which is best branch I can get with such a rank?

I am thinking of drop for JEE 2019 and also I will be taking improvement exam. I am even getting less score in MHTCET. Actually I want to take admission in national level college only. I didn't gone to any coaching classes that's why I want myself to give a try. Which coaching class in Mumbai should I join.
