Hi,
It depends on which fall session or intake you want to get into. If you are targetting Fall 2019, you must submit your application by this year-end. Normally, the first-round deadlines are during September or October. The sooner you apply, the better are the chances. Many universities will allow you to apply before your 12th results are out. Just check with the universities directly. Check Common App portal to learn about the admission requirements and documents you need to send. The process is online, you just need to upload them.
