BIBS dual courses are ranked in good places but one course is not ranked and that is PGPEX with EMBA which they are saying is ranked.

Dual courses here means not PGPEX with EMBA, here, it is that you can opt for dual specialisation. As according to the new education policy, you can't opt for dual courses, but you can opt for dual specialisation.
