Can a B.Tech 1st year pass out student take admission in 2nd year in top engineering colleges (like VIT, USIT or any top IPU colleges)?

I am studying B.Tech 1st year in Hyderabad.

    If your college and the college you want to take admission in grants permission then well and good otherwise bit complicated. Generally you can get college transfer from government to government of other city.

    I don't think so. Good universities recognized all over India will offer this course but I am from UP. You can directly take admission in 2nd year in government colleges if you clear the entrance exam. About that you can refer the college of your preference on shiksha.com.
