    The answer is yes. A lot of BA students are doing MBA nowadays. BA students will join MBA with the hope of getting high paid jobs. BA in English and allied specialisation is beneficial for students who do MBA.The MBA curriculum is designed in such a way so that everyone can learn easily.

    You should have cleared any one entrance test (such as CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT/GMAT/NEST) accepted by various colleges and you should also have minimum of 45% to 55% in your Bachelors (any stream) for admission in the same. Admission in MBA is done via two modes- either through an entrance exam or direct admission which is based on merit basis or management quota basis.     The answer is yes.
    Students from any stream can go for an MBA. If you are interested then go for it.
    The only thin is that if you are aiming for IIMs then you to perform really good in CAT. Apart from that you will have advantage o diversity points awarded to you for not being an engineer. The most important thing is having your story straight. In the interview for admission in IIMs you have to telll your story to the interviewer as of why you chose MBA even after doing BA.     My Classmate is a girl who did her class 11th and class 12th in Science. She has done Bachelors in Arts and now pursuing MBA in Human Resources. So definitely, it's all about your commitment and efforts.

    As per my opinion and knowledge you can definitely go for MBA as the basic requirement for MBA is graduation. It doesn't matter if it is BA, B.Com or B.Sc.
