If you have an interest in any subject it becomes easier for you. You would like to know more and more about that subject and if you don't like any subject and you don't find it interesting, then you will find it difficult to study. So, do not make assumptions or make any perception on others opinion. The goals worth accomplishing are achieved with a sense of direction and clarified vision. Initially, it will be difficult for you, since it is very much related to accounting and finance in first two semesters. MBA in human resource management is very good field of education as compared to other fields. As a BCA graduate, I suggest you to take HR and marketing along with some additional certification in digital marketing which can give you good placement in the future. After completion of 2 semester, you will not have any accounts related subjects and you can easily pass the course.
