The bench accepted the recommendation that students who have cleared all previous examinations and are eligible to be in the final semester, on the production of proof of such eligibility, should be allowed to take the All-India Bar Examination. Final semester law students, on the production of eligibility proof, should be allowed to take the All-India Bar Examination, although the result would be subject to the student passing all the components of the college examination, a Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court said.

Yes, the students appearing for their final year qualifying examination are allowed to appear for the All India Bar Examination.
