The bench accepted the recommendation that students who have cleared all previous examinations and are eligible to be in the final semester, on the production of proof of such eligibility, should be allowed to take the All-India Bar Examination. Final semester law students, on the production of eligibility proof, should be allowed to take the All-India Bar Examination, although the result would be subject to the student passing all the components of the college examination, a Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court said.

Yes, the students appearing for their final year qualifying examination are allowed to appear for the All India Bar Examination. However, they must be enrolled with their respective SBC (state bar council) before applying for the All India Bar Examination. For more details, you may visit the Shiksha All India Bar Examination page. (https://www.shiksha.com/law/aibe-exam). I hope this will help you.

The AIBE exam 2022 can be taken by candidates who have passed a 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. Degree.
