Can a non-student of LPU visit LPU to meet friends?

Yes ! A non student can visit LPU to meet the friends as they have to show their GATE PASS to the security as well as they have to mention a valid reason to meet. The security guard will help them and guide them through the pathway. It is manned by over 400 full time security officials, thousands of security cameras, LPU is one of the safest campuses in the world. Our security team includes experienced ex-military men and womenProfessional security Staff: A majority of security personnel and gunmen are experienced ex-servicemen, fully equipped and trained. Lady security staff are specially recruited for girls hostel security. Monitoring through CCTV's :LPU has more CCTVs than even the New Delhi International Airport. The security department provides the necessary electronic security support system with more than 4000 CCTV cameras for the safety of the students and staff.

Yes, you can. Reach vehicle GATE (not students passing GATE ) After reaching there, make a pass if you have vehicle or if you coming by public transport just come to GATE asked security guard about pass and when he ask the information about the person you are going to meet, you have to give all the details like hostel room number and all. If your friend can come to main GATE then its even better and easy If your friend or relative is day-scholar, then you can visit campus legally but yes there are * amount of non legal ways to enter and come out but I would suggest you to not think in this direction. As a student of LPU, you can apply for the GATE pass from Your LPU TOUCH Application or the UMS (University Management System). Hope I've answered your query! Thank you.

Hi, as an alumni let me just tell you that the safety and security of the students is taken utmost care at LPU Campus. The entrance of outsiders in the residential accommodation is restricted and entry and/or stay of parents/guardian and any other visitor (if authorised)is subject to the permission of warden and other concernedauthorities of the University; and if permitted, parents/guardians/ visitor while being on campus need to ensure that they behave decently and in orderly manner and any misbehaviour or unwarranted act on their part shall entitle the University to take any action a ga I n s t h e M.A. N d / o r a any disciplinary action against the student. Automated turnstile gates with biometric machines regulate entry & exit to residential facility. It is manned by over 400 full time security officials, thousands of security cameras, LPU is one of the safest campuses in the world.
