Hi there, yes the non LPU students can meet their friends however, due permission has to be taken. The guest has to get a pass made or the student has to apply for GATE pass from LPU Touch Application of UMS. The visitor cant go inside the hostel, however he can sit and meet his friend of family member in the waiting area. Hope this answers your question.

Yes, Non-LPU students can also visit the campus to meet their friends. For entry in the campus, they need to show their ID PROOF and along with this GATE Pass ID should also be there. As the University has rules for safety and security purposes so a proper process is to be followed. They need to get a Visitor GATE pass at the entry GATE in which their ID proof and other details are being asked for security purposes. The security staff will help and guide you with all the process for the same, so you do not need to be worried at all. As they are cooperating, so the outsiders also need to cooperate, you need to give the details of the person whom you have come to meet their details are required as well. The University is Manned by over 400 full-time security officials, thousands of security cameras, LPU is one of the safest campuses in the world. The security team includes experienced ex-military men and women. The security department provides the necessary electronic security support system with more than 4000 CCTV cameras for the safety of the students and staff. The staff of University is very helpful and they will guide you well. The answer of your query is Yes outsider can visit Lovely Professional University Campus but they need to show GATE pass on main GATE. After reaching LPU they are required to make a visitor pass at the main entrance GATE. If you have vehicle they will take those details and generate a pass to get inside. You need to give the information about the person whom you have come to meet, hostel room number and all. These all are done for security purpose and it is hoped that people coming from outside cooperate. As Lovely Professional university is very much concerned about the safety and security of the students. Thousand of CCTV cameras are in all over the campus, so everything will be captured So, don't even think of doing mischief. Student has right to generate E-Pass. Yes, visitors can enter the university through a GATE pass. LPU is very much concerned about the safety and security of the students. Security guards are there at the main GATE of the university. They will ask personal details of the visitor and make a GATE pass.

On the LPU campus, for non-LPU students, it is not possible to visit without any particular reason to meet their friends. They have to show GATE pass to the security as well as have to mention the valid reason to visit the campus. The LPU campus is secured 24*7 and no one can visit without any permission of higher authority whether they are parents or friends.
