Can a Not Fit For Technical Education certified student get admission in the same university by going through the entire process again?

Raj, you can apply again subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
You can try in some other institutions also. These days we have private universities that are a hub of quality education and recruiting MNCs.
Most of them have world class infrastructure along with good facilities. They offer good placements. Some even offer scholarships.
You can check the websites of some of them.
