The eligibility criteria (age, experience, etc.) for B.Ed is mentioned in the university's prospectus that is available online on the official website i.e jmi.ac.in -
You can apply but make sure you analyse and fulfill the eligibility requirements which is mentioned in the prospectus which can be found at this link:

Eligibility criteria for Distance and Open Learning, Jamia Millia Islamia for B.Ed:
1. Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Science/ Social Science/ Commerce Humanity.
2. Candidate must be trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
3. Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education program through face-to-face mode.
