Can a student join SRM IST without an entrance exam?

Yes,
you can get direct admission in SRM by management quota but it weighs a lot in your fee.

Yes, they have direct admission or management quota admission. If you go through management quota, the fee you paid will be greater than others. But I would suggest you to take SRMJEEE, if you can or at least JEE Mains. Also, there will be provision for candidates without SRMJEEE. In my opinion, you should contact the university directly on the contact numbers and email address. Their website says there are no intermidiaries for admission:

Yes, you can get admission from management quota but the fees that they demand is higher than the normal fees.

through Management quota u can get admission in SRM.but they will ask for donation

Yes, you can easily get admission in this college as there are 10% seats in the management quota so you can easily get a seat, but for that, they will charge a heavy fee from you.

Yes, possible. You can take admission through Management quota. But, you've to pay more to get admission without appearing entrance exam. Is better to appear the exam, as it is not difficult, basic questions were asked.

Yes, you can get admission directly. Also, but your fee will be more than normal and through any other mode of admission. But, I suggest you have money and can afford INR. 15 lakhs then go SRM University.
