Can a student pursue M.Sc in cognitive science from IIT-Gandhinagar after completing B.Tech in ECE? What is the scope of the same?

It is possible to pursue it after B.Tech, but I don't think it would be reasonable. Unless you are developing AI or something, otherwise it won't help very much. For IIT, you will have to pass JAM. -
Yes, you can pursue M.Sc in cognitive Science, and after this you will have many career options even they also provide placements. Good luck.
