Yes, arts students can become dietitians or nutritionists by pursuing certification programmes in nutrition or dietetics. These courses are usually of 6 months to a maximum of 2 years duration. The minimum requirement for these courses is 10+2 from a recognised board. After pursuing Diploma courses, candidates are eligible for both BSc and MSc in nutrition and dietetics.
