Yes, BHMS course graduates are legally entitled to be called "Doctors" in India. After completing the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) course, they are recognised as homeopathic doctors.

The title of "Doctor" is granted as they are qualified to practice homeopathy, diagnose medical conditions, and prescribe homeopathic medicines.

However, it is important to note that while they can be called "Doctor," their practice is limited to homoeopathic medicine and does not include the prescription of allopathic treatments unless they pursue further qualifications.
