    Yes, candidates in the final year of their qualifying degree or those awaiting results can apply for the MBA programme at IIT Kharagpur. However, if selected, their admission will be provisional, and they must submit a certificate by May 31, 2024, stating completion of degree requirements. The final marksheet/certificate is required by October 31, 2024, for verification.
