No, you cannot appear for the AIBE exam if you reach the test center one hour late.
AIBE Exam Timing & Rules:
- Candidates must report at least 30–45 minutes before the exam starts.
- Entry closes strictly before the exam begins. Latecomers are not allowed inside the exam hall.
- Arriving late may lead to disqualification, and no extra time will be given.
