Can I appear for class 12th exam from NIOS? I have done class 9th from SSC boards and class 10th from Turkish Medium School in Istanbul.

You can't give NIOS for 12th directly without passing 11th. NIOS has some eligibility criteria for admission, and one of them is that you must have passed 10th from a recognised board or equivalent. You also need to submit some documents like your 10th marksheet, identity proof, address proof, etc.
