Yes, you can pursue B.Com or B.Com (H) after you have completed your 10+2 with Maths as an essential subject in various Universities such as the University of Delhi, IP university, Jamia Milia Islamia, Ambedkar University, etc. Or from any other private college.

Yes, you can. But, your rank may slightly go down in the rank list, ( if you are seeking merit admission) due to weightage issues in allotment process since you are a Science student.
