Can I apply for Uttarakhand Technical University? I do not have Uttarakhand domicile but I have passed my class 10th and 12th from Haridwar.
Which colleges can I get, if I apply for UTU? I have scored 62 marks in JEE mains and 70.4% in class 12th from CBS board.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
