Can I apply in German Universities for B.Tech in computer engineering after 10th by NIOS and Diploma in computer engineering?

    No Rajani, sorry to say, but neither will be NIOS acceptable not will Diploma. NIOS still can be considered after an evaluation or assessment by the universities, but Diplomas don't qualify for further studies. You have to clear the IIT-JEE Advance or study the first year of a B.Tech programme in India to be eligible. Or, you think of applying to other countries like Poland, Ireland, Denmark, Netherlands, Australia etc.
