Can I apply with CMAT percentile of 82.7? When is the last date of submitting applications? GD-PI will be conducted in North i.e U.P/Delhi?

Kindly reply because I am from Allahabad and I can't go to Bangalore for GD-PI. I graduated in 2013 and in 2014 started preparing for CAT, XAT, CMAT but didn't scored well. In 2016 I got admission in XIDAS but left after 20 days (college wasn't good enough). Will I be selected in IFIM?
