Can I continue engineering directly in 3rd year through AMIE after leaving engineering after completion of 2nd year?

I'm studying in 2nd year engg.I'm planning to give IAF airmen April 2021 exam. If I passed it, my joining will be in Jan 2022 due to which I have to leave engg.There is a provision to do engg. while being an airmen through AMIE.So,can I continue my engg. from 3rd year through AMIE?

    Hello Anush Malik, it's very nice to hear from you that you are planning to join the Indian Air Force as an airman by giving examination April 2021. Yes you are right. Indian airforce always encourages its people to study for the and gain higher qualifications. But AMIE is not like an engineering College and hence there is no equivalent of second year or third year of engineering college. In spite of this you can simply join the course of AMIE from the beginning and complete your engineering graduation. After this you can also appear for becoming officer in the Indian Air Force.
