    Though not a sensible query but until you pass a proper 3 year degree then only you get the B.Com degree. Pass it all. you can do it!

    No, there is no shortcut to go directly in B.com 3rd year.

    No you have to clear both 1st and 2nd year as well. You can do it by correspondence from an affiliated university.

    It's not possible first you need to clear 1st and 2nd year after that you eligible for final year.

    No, it is possible in any situation. First, you have to clear the previous years of Bachelor degree.
