    No, you can't pursue any degree directly from 3rd year. You have to pursue it from the first year itself.

    No, it can't be done, because you have to pursue the course for the duration of 3 years legally. And, if you try to complete it within a year, then it won't have much value.

    In this entire world, there is no kind of any university or college which let you to take direct admission in third year after 12 standard.

    No, its not at all possible to do that. You must have to complete the two years before you enter into the 3rd year.

    No, it is not possible. You have to take admission in 1st year and go step wise, it is not at all possible in any stream.

    After class 12th, job always demands a basic 3 year graduate course. You must pursue from first year since, it isn't possible to directly be in 3rd year.

    No, according to my knowledge, no college or university directly take admission in 3rd year after class 12th. So, you must need to complete your 1st and 2nd year into the college.
