Can I do B.Com via distance from PGRRCDE as I've done a 3-years Diploma in electrical and electronics engg. with 66% from SBTET-Hyderabad?

Will I get admission in the 2nd year or do I need to study 1st year? I don't want to do B.Tech, please help.

    It is indeed great to hear from you that you are interested in doing Bachelor of commerce graduation through distance mode of education and not Bachelor of engineering. It is very nice to have such clear-cut aim in life. For admission to any graduation course minimum qualification is invariably class 12th pass. Apparently, you have done your Diploma after class 10th and not class 12th. So, you will not have class 12th pass certificate with you. But, do not worry. These days almost all the states in India have declared Diploma as equivalent to 12th. You just need to approach the Polytechnic from where you have done your Diploma and seek
