    Hi Yogesh,
    Yes, you can proceed further with B.Tech (LE) Programme after Diploma Engineering. The duration for the stated program is going to be 3 Year (6 Semester). The eligibility criteria for the same is 60% marks in your qualifying examination i.e. Diploma in your case.
    Relaxation is provided to the following students category:
    * 5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmir Migrants
    * 10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (I. e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee* of the University. Hope this information

    Hello,
    You can avail admission in B.tech Lateral Entry, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria i e. Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 yrs. after 10+2(Non-Medical) or B.Sc.(Non-Medical) or B.Sc.(Computer Science) or BCA or equivalent.
    LPU provides admission in B.tech lateral entry in various streams such as Computer science, mechanical, mechatronics, information technology, civil, electrical engineering,etc.
    The last date to avail admission is 30th April 2020.

    Yes, you can do B.tech from LPU after Diploma. The eligibility criteria is pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 yrs. after 10+2(Non-Medical) or B.Sc.(Non-Medical) or B.Sc.(Computer Science) or BCA or equivalent.
    Moreover, LPU offers different types of scholarships on the basis of marks in either of the last two qualifications, LPUNEST, Sports, Defence, COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship, and many more.     You should have more than 60% in your 12th board and minimum 60% in your diploma, then you can get admission in B.Tech easily and you are supposed to join from second year of B.Tech.

    60% is the eligibility criteria to take admission for BTech course.
  • Yogesh, you can go for B.Tech (Lateral Entry).
    The eligibility of the same is:
    The candidate has to pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering.) (Any stream) (3 years after class 10th) or B.Sc.(Non-Medical) or B.Sc.(Computer Science) or BCA or equivalent, subject to qualify LPUNEST-2017.
    Or,
    In case marks scored in Diploma (engineering.) or B.Sc (Non-Medical) or B.Sc (Computer Science) or BCA are 70% or above, then LPUNEST-2017 will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.
