    Dear Aadarsh,
    In B.Sc biology, your major was biology but in M.Sc astro biology, your major will be physics-chemistry-biology. Chances are high that you can get admission but it is advisable that ask from the college directly. I would suggest you that for M.Sc astrobiology, you should to go abroad. In India, market is not as open as in west and hence you can understand the placement scenario also.

    Yes, you can pursue M.Sc. In astrobiology after completing B.Sc. In Biology (CBZ) or any other relevant field.     Yes, you can study M.Sc. Astrobiology after completion of B.Sc. Botany and Biotechnology course. Admission can be based on merit obtained in qualifying exam or entrance exam. Hope it helps.

    There are no colleges that provide M.Sc. In Astrobiology currently in India. The only institute that support this field in India is IARC abbreviation for Indian Astrobiology Research Institute. Astrobiology is a developing field and much less research is going on.

    Eligibility for M.Sc. In Astronomy-
    The minimum eligibility required to be MET for admission to the course is B.Sc. Or an equivalent degree with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Yes, you are eligible.
