Undoubtedly, you can pursue both. There are colleges which are offering dual degree courses. You can pursue from one of them.

The top ranked colleges in India offers a dual MBA degree in marketing and finance. I recommend that you can go for just one of these. Both have amazing opportunity available. If you believe that doing an MBA with both marketing and finance at the same time will be better for future career prospects, you are wrong. Good companies won't hire someone who has specialised in neither finance nor marketing. Companies look for master or experts of a particular field.

Yes, you can for that you need to find a college which offers dual specialisation in MBA. Dual specialisation was not so common a few years ago, but the trend changed. Not all but few colleges in India offer dual specialisation in MBA. Quantum University Roorkee located in Uttarakhand is one such college where dual specialisation is offered. The market needed people with versatility and more and more domains were merged in the dual specialisation. International School of Business and Media - Pune provide dual degree specialization in which you can choose any two streams. Both marketing and finance can be opted.
