Can I fill out the Utkal University application form offline?

<p>Yes, candidates can download the application form and submit it at the University office. The hard copy of the application form can be collected from the respective department. This completed form can further be submitted to the department along with copies of the necessary documents. The documents required with the application form are Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet, graduation degree and marksheet (if applicable), postgraduation degree and marksheet (if required), migration certificate, character certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), original application fee e-receipt, and one passport-size photograph.</p>
