Your chances are very bleak as cutoff is around 99.9X percentile for All India Seats. DTE notification is not out yet. Once it is published, you can fill the registration form for the CAP rounds. -
Hi, you can fill the form for CAP rounds but the cutoffs are above 99.9 percentile usually.
