Can I get a call for GD-PI from Welingkar, Mumbai for its PGDM in media and entertainment programme with 76.82 percentile in CAT'16?

Yes, you can, as there is no specific cut-off as such, your past academic record, your GDPI scores and also your percentile are considered. All these scores are considered on that basis a candidate is shortlisted.
