Can I get a call with 70 percentile in CAT along with 83% in 10th, 74% in 12th and 78% in B.Tech? I belong to OBC NC category.

According to me, you stand very less chances to get a call with this percentile score. You should score atleast get 80 percentile score (OBC quota) to get a call from IRMA. -
It will be difficult as IRMA CAT cutoff is on the higher side. Still you can try scoring better through XAT or IRMA's own entrance exam. All the best.
